Region. Stabling facility delayed

Transport for NSW said plans to deliver a new train stabling facility at Emu Plains had been delayed. A review shows with two new major stabling facilities being delivered at Auburn and Rossmore, at the end of the Glenfield to Leppington line, as part of the program of works for the South West Rail Link, additional train stabling facilities at Emu Plains are not expected to be required for a number of years.





Ryde. Sale closer to market

Stockland has moved closer to bringing the $400 million Optus Centre, in Macquarie Park, to market. The centre is Australia’s largest single-tenant workplace comprising six low-rise office buildings with a net lettable are area of 84,000 square metres.



Norwest. GWA relocates

Publicly-listed company GWA Bathrooms and Kitchens, has leased 2378 square metres of office space, in a one and a bit floors in a five-storey building, in Norwest Business Park, at $275 per square metres. About 160 staff will relocate from various locations, according to The Australian Financial Review.
