Liverpool. 200 researchers at work

More than 200 researchers are currently working at the $50 million, state-of-the-art Ingham Institute for Applied Medical Research, which is a year away from completion, in the grounds of Liverpool Hospital. The institute is the realisation of chicken king Bob Ingham's dream to establish a research facility to rival any in the world; the first tentative steps were taken 15 years ago.
