Parramatta. Soccer club sells property

An owner-occupier has purchased, for an undisclosed sum, an office building, at 5-7 Villiers Street, North Parramatta, from the Canterbury Marrickville Olympic Soccer Football Club. The property includes office space over two levels. Sam Hill, from John Hill & Co, negotiated the transaction.
