Parramatta. City thinks global again

Parramatta City Council has reconsidered its sister city relationships and a number of informal national and international relationships which have “been inactive” for several years, with the approval of a Global City Friendship Memorandum of Understanding document as the basis of a long-term strategic approach to the development of all international relations.
