Campbelltown. Bunnings facility sold for $21m

Fortius Funds Management Active Fund Number 1 has sold a 13,348-square-metre warehouse at Campbelltown, for $21.4 million. The warehouse, which sits on a 2.55-hectare block, is leased to Bunnings for a 12-year term, with a net income of $1.6 million.
