Blacktown. Proposal for rail works

The Department of Planning has on public exhibition a proposal including the construction and operation of a 10.1-kilometre track adjacent to the existing main line between Quakers Hills and Vineyard, the relocation of the Schofields and Vineyard stations and the construction of turnbacks and turnouts.
