DAs lodged or approved

An application has been lodged with Parramatta City Council for the demolition and construction of a new KFC restaurant, at 163-167 Woodville, Merrylands. The estimated cost of the development is $800,000. Another DA has been lodged for the demolition of the existing dwelling and construction of a 3-level motor showroom over semi-basement car parking. Estimated cost is $350,000. A DA has been approved for modification to a McDonald’s located in a service station, at 100 Briens Road, Northmead, including MCafe signage and alterations to the dining area and terrace layout. Estimated cost is $250,000.
